No matter where you go online, there is a chance of porn popping up your face. Most people can just ignore these digital sexual annoyances or even get pop-up blockers to prevent their eyes from seen them. However, many men and women have hungry appetite for pornography. Pornography is like a drug that keeps the hormones flowing. Since you don’t have to smoke it or shoot up it up, it feels safe. There’s an old saying that too much of anything will make you an addict, and this addition will cause more damage than you think.

5 Stages of Internet Porn Addiction

1. Early exposure. Most guys get addicted to porn at an early stage. They see the stuff when they are very young, and most time this is how they are introduction to sex. It gives them the opportunity to explore sex at their own leisure without being ridiculed. Since it could be done in private, it feels safe.

2. Addiction. Later it becomes and addiction. You keep coming back to for more. It becomes a regular part of your life. You can’t quit. You don’t want to quit. You are in total control of what you see. It gives you a sense of control.

3. Escalation. After a while you start to look for more and more graphic porn. Porn that would have disgusted you when you started. Now it excites you. Your curiosity leads you to explore different kinds of porn in your own privacy. are

4. Immunology. Eventually, you start to become immune to porn. Even the most graphic, degrading porn doesn’t excite you anymore. You become desperate to feel the same thrill so you try to fill that void viewing more, but you just can’t find it.

5. Acting out. At this point, many men make the transition and start acting out sexually. They act out what they have been viewing and try to re-create those sexual acts. This can be very harmful and unhealthy.
